Project
Castleglenn Consultants Inc. was retained to prepare a defense for the proposed 747 Richmond Rd development that would require an update to the original traffic impact study submitted Oct. 2005 and provide professional opinion and expert witness testimony, if required, at an Ontario Municipal Board hearing.
The original traffic impact study assumed for analysis purposes:
- The development of approximately 180 high-rise apartment dwellings (which would be in a form of two twin structures approximately 21 and 19 stories respectively) in concert with approximately 8,080 SF of commercial space; and
The original assumptions were augmented by a second development scenario that merited evaluation that included approximately 114 high-rise apartment dwellings (which would be in a form of two twin structures approximately 15 and 12 stories respectively) in concert with 5,045 SF of commercial space.
